Throughout the paddle and blade of the Supreme 2S Intermediate, Bauer uses a silver carbon glass weave. Carbon glass is a lightweight, yet durable carbon composite weave, which has wrapped pro-level Bauer sticks in years prior. The paddle of the 2S Intermediate utilizes Ergo paddle geometry; which refers to the unique shape of the paddle. A concave shape is used throughout the front of the paddle, which reduces the likeliness of pucks skipping over compared to a traditional paddle shape. The back side of the paddle is slightly rounded and features a concave shape under where the stick is held; this allows the goaltender to bring the stick in tighter to the body when making saves.
