The CCM Jetspeed FT485 YTH Hockey Skates are designed for the performance players. The Injected Core Technology, Brushed Microfiber liner, Felt Embossed, lace-bite protective tongue, and the kid sizing zone, makes this skate a perfect choice for the youth player.
Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile
The quarter package of the FT485 Youth skate uses Injected Core Technology. This provides the young guns with a durable boot and enough structural stiffness to maintain their balance on the ice.
Liner & Internal Padding
The liner in the FT485 is a brushed microfiber material designed to provide comfort and durability. CCM also added extra protection to the high-wear areas to reduce the amount of wear and discomfort caused by rubbing.
Tongue
The Youth FT485 skates feature a 7mm white felt tongue with embossed lace-bite protection. This provides an increased level of comfort and protection for the kids.
Insoles
CCM has also added the molded kid sizing zone insoles. These are specifically designed to make sizing easy for parents, as well as provide great foot support while skating.
Steel Runner, Holder & Blade Profile
The holder and steel is the CCM Speedblade combination. This set is non-replaceable, but is made of high quality materials to last. The holder is slightly elevated as well to increase the attack angle.
Graphics
The graphic on the CCM FT485 is quite similar to that of the FT4. The flashy but clean black red and white pattern will have the skates sure to be noticed.
